Hello there,
I’m Aimee (pronounced “ay-mee”), the main photographer behind ZINC Studio Photography. Though currently based in New England, I love to spend most of my time on the road, exploring the world. I adore the sea and the mountains; every moment spent in either place always tends to be a happy one. I love making silly jokes and hope to fill life with laughters. Also, I get excited about many things: coffee, rainy days, a good read, summer breeze, first snow, positivity, vintage maps, Harry Potter, green plants in the house, interior design, folk music, campgrounds, water colors, fitness, and delicious foods.
A few years ago, during my one month long road trip around America, I met this amazing guy and fell in love within 24 hours (thanks to our two best friends, who are also about to tie the knot). We’re now two years into our marriage and I haven’t woken up a day without feeling like the luckiest person on Earth. It still sounds crazy every time we revisit the first day that we met, but I believe in destiny and what it means to find your other half.
There are two things that mean a lot to me: love and photography, and I’m incredibly blessed to be a wedding photographer. My job allows me to be a part of a very special moment in someone’s life and of a beautiful day full of love and laughters.
I’m grateful that you are here and that you’re connect with my work in some ways. I take each opportunity to my heart and would love for you to let me tell your story.

APPROACH

I thrive to document your wedding day authentically as it unfolds in front of me. My goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible while capturing the reality of the event with little interference. Instead of focusing on creating a “perfect” wedding through poses and scene manipulation, I prefer to step back and let your unique story – with your honest emotions and your intimate relationships – shine through.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
I love to capture people in love and the chemistry between them, whether in places that hold special meaning to the couple or during a getaway adventure.
An engagement session is more like us hanging out in a relaxing atmosphere and while we explore the locations together, I’d document your story in your own space, with your own personalities and uniqueness. And of course, I’ll use my experience and expertise to help make things more natural when needed.
My style is all about natural light and honest emotions. I also enjoy experimenting new, artistic way to make photographs interesting.
